One refill equals two bottles of Sweet Paprika. These eco-refills are resealable and hermetic: they protect your spices from humidity and light and preserve all their aromas and organoleptic qualities. With this spice refill system, Albert Ménès intends to offer an alternative to reduce waste and limit the impact on the environment, without compromising quality.

FRUITY - STRENGTH 2.
Paprika is a pepper originating from South America that was imported by Spanish colonists. Widely used in Hungarian and Spanish cuisine, you will find it in many traditional recipes such as goulash in Hungary and paella in Spain. To make sweet paprika, the seeds, which contain the hot substances, are removed and only the flesh is recovered. This is a laborious task, but it results in a high-quality product that is milder and finer than a conventional paprika.
