Albert Ménès offers a unique blend of Herbes de Provence prepared from an exclusive recipe, rich in basil. This gives it a pleasant, distinctive taste of a very high quality.
These herbs are essential for the preparation of Provençal specialities such as ratatouille, pistou soup or Provençal-style tomatoes. They also flavour grilled meat or fish.
