Organic Ginger Red Curry

Widely used in Thai cuisine, like green curry, red curry is spicier thanks to its red peppers, from which it retains its strength and colour. The red peppers selected for the Albert Ménès red curry paste are carefully stemmed by hand just after harvesting to preserve all their aromas and strength. Made from whole, raw and fresh ingredients, this curry paste gives off powerful fresh notes but well-balanced. A 100% natural and organic recipe, with no flavourings or additives.
Diluted in water, coconut milk or fresh cream, this condiment paste will sublimate particularly well red meat dishes and will give a beautiful osmosis to all your sauces.
