Organic Bitter Orange Marmalade

Made in the traditional way in a cauldron pot which is monitored throughout the cooking process by the jam makers, this bitter orange marmalade is a great specialty of the House of Albert Ménès. The orange peel is very finely cut to release its slightly bitter flavour and then cooked along with the orange pulp.
Our Organic Bitter Orange Marmalade is perfect spread on toast, melba toast or pancakes for breakfast or as a snack.
