This tasty pâté is cooked from pieces of Label Rouge pork worked by hand in the tradition of Gascon know-how. Albert Ménès selected Label Rouge pork of superior taste quality for an exceptional recipe. The bonding of this terrine is made according to tradition and in a natural way thanks to eggs of French origin. This pure pork rustic pâté is the perfect balance between fatty and lean parts of the meat for a firm texture and an authentic taste.
Enjoy on a slice of farmhouse bread or at a picnic. Serve chilled.
