Mini Gingerbread Toasts with Pure Honey, Figs and Walnuts

This unique recipe by Albert Ménès uses only honey as a sweetener, giving the toasts a soft and supple texture. The toasts also have little pieces of fig and walnut pieces, bringing a sweet and crunchy texture. It’s the perfect touch for the festive season.
It goes perfectly with foie gras with one of our chutneys.
