Red Hot Curry Powder

Known as Massala in Tamil, meaning "mixture", curry powder is used for all sauce-based dishes in Southeast Asia. Our exclusive red hot curry power has a blend of cumin, fenugreek, black pepper, coriander, ginger, hot chili, sweet pepper, cardamom, turmeric, mace, green anise, fennel, and garlic. With a beautiful red colour, this hot and spicy flavoursome curry powder is a gourmet product with the perfect blend of flavours and spices. You can really taste the garlicky and meaty notes among the smoky and fruity notes of the red pepper.
Although it is spicier and hotter than yellow curry, this mix still easy to use. Get ready set off on an exotic and spicy journey of flavour! This is perfect to use in sauce-based dishes or sprinkle on top of grilled meats, such as steak or prawns, before cooking.
