These plum tomatoes are selected for their sweet, fragrant flesh. Dried under the Italian sun, these plum tomatoes are rehydrated in broth before being packed by hand in their jars. They are then covered with a mixture of oil, basil and oregano.
Dried tomatoes evoke all the flavours of Italian cuisine. They are perfect for making bruschetta, pasta sauces, savoury cakes and tarts.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes partially rehydrated in 55% court bouillon (tomatoes 32%, salt, composition of court bouillon: water, white wine (SULPHITES), alcohol vinegar, fresh onions, sugar, spices) extra virgin olive oil 22%, sunflower oil 22%, basil 0,5%, oregano 0,5%.
