Sweet garlics with Herbs

Kept in brine, these fleshy garlic cloves leave out the spiciness of fresh garlic to give way only to their crisp and tasty appearance. This mild garlic is subtly flavoured with a balanced blend of three fine herbs: thyme, oregano and tarragon.
These generous cloves of garlic will be delicious whole as an aperitif, cut into strips on a bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and burrata, or in your summer mixed salads. In winter, this mild garlic with herbs is perfect for a platter of cold meats, meat terrines, or a raclette of Swiss cheese.
